    Hi,

    For the Microsoft versions:
    [url]http://java-virtual-machine.net/download.html[/url]

    For the Sun version:
    [url]http://java.sun.com/getjava/index.html[/url]

    For the Instant Messenger, open it and check the options. Also disable it
    under options in Outlook and Outlook Express.
