How do I get Acrobat to use Entourage AddressBook when "Send for Review"?
When I click on the "Send for Review", and click on the "Address" button, Acrobat seems to use the Apple Address Book. Since I do not use Address Book, how can I get Acrobat to use Entourage instead of the Apple one?
