How do I Import a web sites

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could advise me on how to import a web site from
the web.

I am new to web design and have been importing sites from the web through
Frontpage then opening them in Dreamweaver, but this tends to be a lengthy
process. The reason why I am doing this is to learn how others are coding
their sites, etc.:)

Your method it's ok

but you can also import a whole website inside Dreamweaver using an extension
from Webassist.
Just check it out :

As WebAssist is $99, I have have tried these two programs that are either free
or offer a free trial:

HTTP Weazel, which is available at:

This works well for astatic site.

or

HTTRACK

Both worked well for me so it comes down to the ease of the interface, etc.

just aim to the home page and it will download the entire site.
