Hello,
I would like to know how can I find out the picture's resolution embeded in the pdf file?
How to find out the size of the document? Is there a ruler like other Adobe software?

Benny,
Do you have Acrobat 6 Professional or Acrobat 6 Standard? If you have Professional, you can bring up the rulers (Command-R, or View > Rulers). You could run Preflight to find image resolution (Document > Preflight).
In either version, choose File > Document Properties (Command-D) to view (among other things) the PDF size.
You should also get used to using the Help menu to look for some of these things.

The size of each page (in inches or mm) can be found in Acrobat 6 just
below and to the left of each page in the document window.
To check image resolutions, since each image may be different, try
pre-flighting.
