Default How do I not embed the file path when making pdf from text files?

When I made a pdf from multiple files, I loaded in some text files that I made in Word. That was all fine, except that the path from whence the text files came was at the top of the document.

    Example:

    file:///Volumes/HD2/BooksHere/MyFolderName/00.txt

appears at the top of the pdf file when opened.

Any other files have similar info shown when on that page.

Needless to say, this information is not part of my text file nor is it desirable to have such info displayed or embedded or whatever you call it.

How can I not have this shown to anyone?

    Thanks.

Txt files are converted via the web to pdf engine.

File>create pdf>from webpage> settings. here you can disable the header/footer.

You may need to start to convert a webpage to 'sticky' the new setting.

The try create pdf from multiple file again.

    Hi Simon ATS,

    Thank you! That worked beautifully.

Finding it through create pdf>from webpage would have been tough for me to figure out.

But not only did that work, it gave me the key word so I can control it in the future = 'headers'. From searching that in the Help feature I found out about Document>Add Headers & Footers... and the fun of that.

    Crisis averted!

    Lesson learned!

    Thanks again.
