Short Answer: Not very well or easily

    Longer answer:

Acrobat 6 Pro can "Save as Doc," but it's dicey, especially if the PDF isn't properly tagged. Acrobat 5 can "Save as RTF" which loses most formatting and ll images.

There are various third-party apps that do this, for example, ScanSoft's OmniPage Pro. Your mileage may vary.

Just to add to the above, Acrobat 6 Standard can save as a Word doc also. In fact the formats available in Save As are the same in Professional and Standard.

This doesn't change the ropiness of trying to convert a PDF to Word however.

Ahh, I don't have 6 in front of me. I thought only Pro could save as Doc, but both could save as RTF.

Both can save as RTF, as well as TXT and DOC and the plethora of other formats available.

There is also, of course, the good old copy 'n' paste method for those that way inclined.
