How do you insert a page, not add a page? - Macromedia Freehand

I have a multiple page doent in Freehand (10). Is it possible to insert a page in between page 5 and 6? The only option I see possible is to add a page. But when I add it, the page is automatically placed as the last page in the doent. Does anyone have a simple solution?...

You have to do it manually using the Doent tool (Keyboard shortcut D).
Click and drag page 6 to the right, drag new page inbetween to take its place.
You can also multi select pages...

    Thanks.
That is exactly what I have been doing, but it becomes a problem when you have to insert 7 blank pages and shift the other 10 over. But, if there is no other way... I am interested in selecting multiple pages. How is that done?

Drag around all the pages or shift click for multiple selections.
When they introduced Master Pages, I was hoping they would've added a insert page function. Oh well...

I'm not sure how they could implement that into Freehand's method of
working with pages, where pages can be scattered all over the
pasteboard. One thing that would of great assistance when rearranging
the pages manually around a newly added page, would be 'Pasteboard
Guides', which would appear only on the pasteboard, and not on the page
    itself.

The grid can be of great help here. Edit grid to a large value such as 144
points (1 inch). It's more accurate to work in points because it's FH's
    native unit of measure.

Show Grid. Snap to Grid. Now with the Page tool, drag pages. They will snap
    to the grid.
