Default How do You limit drive space for personal use?

We have a personal drive for employees, but it's taking
up too much space. How can you limit the amount of space
on the drive for users, so for example, they can only
have like 15 mb of space to save with??? I know this is
possible, what steps need to be taken????

    thanks,

    Tony

You'll probably notice that i accidently created a new
post instead of replying to this one with your answer.
oh well. If you have NTFS running on the drive then you
    can set
up "quotas" in the properties of the drive that they are
accessing. You can allocate anything from a 1KB max to a
6EB max all by username or computer! Have fun and let me
    know if any questions arise.

This would be great, but here's some more information
that i may have neglected to mention. The space i want to
limit happens to be a personal share folder that is
mapped on a P:drive but is the folder is physically
stored on the D: drive... would i go about the same
    steps?? Thanks in advance!

    Default THE ANSWER 3

Yes, because you can't put a quota on an individual
folder, you have to do it at the drive level. Fortunately
for you, the quota hits all folders in the drive so they
will have a total usage cap on the drive itself at
    whatever you set it.
