Default How do you submit an online form?

I am using Contribute to edit our webpage, it has been fine for what we've
needed so far, but that has been very basic stuff. We're now wanting to add an
online employment application that can be submitted (directly emailed) to out
HR department. I've done a little research and it appears that Contribute does
not have the ability to create a submit action button, if this is true, what
program can do this that works well with Contribute?
I?ve heard that Dreamweaver can but I wanted some more input before I ran out
and bought something. Something else to consider?..we eventually want to have
a Browse/Upload button so that someone can upload and send their resume to us.
Thanks for the help everyone!

Hi,

Thanks for using Contribute. Contributes functionality mainly focus on page
editing and has limited functionality when it comes to creation of new pages
with form actions etc. Dreamweaver provides functionality to create forms.

Thanks,

I have been playing around with Acrobat, and I've found a submit button that
emails the form to you, but that requires our applicants to have email and we
can't assume they have email. Do you know if I can find what I need in Acrobat
Pro?
We are a nonprofit agency, so I'm trying to use the software/programs we have
rather than going out and buying something. I'm hoping I can find what I need
in Acrobat. fingers crossed.

You may want to look into a hosted product called http://www.wufoo.com. It is
essentially a very flexible form builder and would let you create a nice
application form (with attachments if needed). If you have the ability to add
code to a page, you can embed the form using an Iframe. Otherwise, you can
just link to the form at Wufoo.
