Default How is this effect achived in FLASH?

Hi Folks. Thank-you in advance. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how
the 3D effect was carried off in Flash and if possible, do you know of any
good tutorials that can show you how to do it. Thanks again

I believe this can be achieved a number of ways.

Firstly, the whole site could have been modelled
    in a 3D package and exported/recreated frame-by-frame
within Flash. Secondly, it could be created with a simple
3D engine using actionscript to create the graphics
you see. A hybrid of these two approaches is a third
    possibility
