How often are CDs delivered?

About two months ago I applied for a set of CDs at the ubuntu
page. The system said the application was accepted, but nothing
has appeared. How long does this usually take? I have no urge to
download anything over a 50kbaud link.

Mine arrived somewhere around 10-12 weeks after I ordered them.

Next month, April 2006, Ubuntu 6.04 will be out. You might
be lucky enough to get a set of them.
