How to arc a text box - Macromedia Freehand

I am trying to create a text box in an arcing shape (like a rainbow or something). Does anyone know how to do that?...

If you want horizontal text inside a path, draw a path the shape of the
container, select both path and text and use Text/'Flow inside path'.

If you want the letters to follow the arc, draw a circle, select both circle
and text and use Text/'Attach the text to the path'. The Help files give
more detail on each of these operations.

It's also possible to take a line of text, convert to paths, and make it
into a brush on a curving path. This bends the letters wider on the outer
curves and narrower on the inner curves.

You can also draw several concentric arcs, attach text to them, and then
link their text flow boxes. That way, you can type paragraphical text which
    will wrap line to line.
