The following code works very well, here imagepath is field from database, ie getting name of imagefile from database, whereas images is name of the follder on server
<asp:Image ID="Image5" runat="server" Height="120px"
ImageUrl='<%# "~/images/" + Eval("imagepath") %>' Width="180px" />Bawa Guest
