How to Create a "Start Disk" for Windows ME under Merge? - SCO

Since Bob did not approve of my Windows 98 CD, I went to Best Buy and purchased Windows ME Upgrade (the full would have been another $100). Upon going through the loading process, Merge idiotically again asked me for a Start Disk. Well, I don't have any--just one for 98. Release Notes say to go to Help to see how to create one. Tried that and got
the message that the URL could not be found. I'm about ready to scream. The
buffoon who wrote this crap should have used a switch on Windows setup to
bypass the requirement to make a Start Disk. Who the hell would use a Windows
Start Disk in a UNIX environment? Regardless, there should be a way to make one
    directly from the CD.

OK, I broke down and went to my local CompUSA and shelled out $10.70 to have
the service tech create Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, and Windows ME Start Disks.
Got back and tried to use them with Merge. No luck. Still the same
configuration error messages no matter which version I use.
