The answer has nothing to do with your having an XP box. How to
get into your BIOS Setup program depends on what motherboard/BIOs
you have, not on what operating system you have. In fact you have
to get into the BIOS setup before your operating system even
begins to boot.
Pressing the del key right after power-on is perhaps the most
common key, but it's by no means universal. If that doesn't work,
try watching the screen right after power-on for a message
telling you what key to press. Failing that, consult your system
documentation or your vendor's web site.

The operating system is immaterial. Only you know what
motherboard and BIOS you have, so only you know the answer to your
question. ;-}
