how to fix a corrupt local profile
Hello,
I had to manually shut down my computer earlier today.
When I rebooted, and logged in as a user with
administrative priviledges, I got a message indicating
that "Windows can not load locally stored profile.
Possible cause of this error is insufficient security
rights or a corrupt local file."
I tried creating a new account and copying the user files
and folders from the original user into the new user's
folder however, the old settings did not all come
through.
What can I do to resolve this?
Thanks,
David Bennett
