How to import Illustrator swatch libraries into InDesign
Other than creating an .eps file in Illustrator and using that file to create swatches in InDesign, is there a way to directly use or import Illustrator swatch libraries in InDesign?
I'm using Creative Suite CS on Windows XP Pro.
Thanks,
Paul

Re: How to import Illustrator swatch libraries into InDesign
Save your Illustrator file in Illustrator 8 format. Then you can use the Swatches palette and choose New Color Swatch. In the Color Mode popup menu, select Other Library, and navigate to select your AI8 file. That should import the colors.
