I am beginning to run into issues with how I set up one set of users over
another. Any ideas how to track them?
example
Set 1 can only use the style sheets, and no images, but can publish, while
Set 2 can create new styles, and images, and publish.

Also I set up clients over a year ago and now they have reinstalled their
computer...losing the key. So I am going to send another key to find that
for some reason the key I have on file for them no longer works? Anyone else
have this? or is it just easier to resend another key? (this is where the
first part of the email comes into play :)

Any help/advice would be appreciated
