    Hi again,
    Please ignore my previous posting in regard to Response.ContentType, I
    comment it out in the code.
    But, I have another problem. I need to load that binary data to the control
    through VBScript. How can I do that? If I do it like the code below, it will
    just print out the binary data on IE, and it does not load it to the
    TXTextControl. Thank you very much.

    <script language="VBScript">
    sub doLoad()
    TXTextControl1.LoadFromMemory <!--#Include
    file="TestBinaryRead.asp" -->, 3, False
    end sub
    </script>

    Codes from TestBinaryRead.ASP:
    Response.Expires = 0
    Response.Buffer = TRUE
    Response.Clear
    Set DBConnection = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
    DBConnection.Open "blob"
    sql = "select * from table1"
    Set rs = DBConnection.Execute(sql)
    if not(rs.eof) then
    Response.BinaryWrite "" & rs("RTF")
    Response.End
    end if

    I'm not sure what a TXTextControl is. I assume it can display binary data.

    You are trying to "Include" your server side code. Instead the control
    should be able to load the data from a URL, for example....

    TXTextControl1.Load ("TestBinaryRead.asp")

    Thanks again.
    Yes, the control can display binary data, in VB program the control load and
    save data using binary.
    If I do
    TXTextControl1.LoadFromMemory "TestBinaryRead.asp", 3, False
    I think the control treats it as a STRING "TestBinaryRead.asp", instead of
    getting the data from ASP file "TestBinaryRead.asp". So, the control try to
    show STRING "TestBinaryRead.ASP" on it.
