how to make a tree branch - Macromedia Fireworks

I need to make a tree branch and versions for all four seasons (spring with flowers on the branches, summer with green leaves, fall with autumn leaves, winter with snow on bare branches). By any chance does anyone know of a tutorial on creating a tree branch look and texture? Thanks...

Does it need to be a graphic or could you use a photo of a tree where you
could use masking techniques and live effects to change foliage colours,
remove leaves, add snow, etc??

Craig.
www.communitymx.com has lots of articles about FW and using Levels, Curves,
Masking, and other techniques.

It could be a photo. I hadn't found one (free and non-copyrighted) that I
could use, though.

Thanks for the link.
