How to make checkbox "uncheckable"
I created a form in acrobat that has check boxes. One question on the form asks the user to select from 3 different check boxes. They can select all of the check boxes or any one of them. The problem is that if they make a mistake in checking a box and go to uncheck the box, it won't remove the check mark.
Does anyone have an answer in how to correct this problem?

Re: Problems OCR'ing after scan
I've never gotten OCR to work in any Adobe acrobat product I've owned. I always get: Acrobat could not perform recognition (OCR) on this page because: Unknown error.
I've tried searching through the forum for this message, but there is no information on it.
I had assumed that maybe I'm the only one having the problem or everyone knows that it doesn't work and never has.
I have Acrobat Professional 7.0.9 on a G5 Dual running OS X 10.4.8 with 4.5GB RAM.

Re: Problems OCR'ing after scan
I've never had problem with Acrobat's OCR. However, you will get the
best result in scanning at 300 dpi.
