How to make owner draw radio button?

I'd like to make the buttons that acts like the radio buttons but I'd
like to have the icon on top of the button. Can someone tell me how
do I make the button stay depressed? I set the button as on/off
button, but I'd like to have a series of buttons and when one button
got set on, the others will be set off. What function do I do that?

Put them in a radio group control. And set their bahavior to be "toggle"
or "sticky", or something like that.
