How to make Safari autofill login forms? - Mac Applications & Software

When I am visiting various Web sites, it gets tedious to "login" at each and every site that requires so. I remember that Camino used to ask whether to remember at least some of this information and autofill it when I opened that page again. I have been unable to get this behavior out of Safari. Can Safari not do this, or do I have my settings wrong somewhere? -K....

Safari can do what you want. I don't know about your settings. Have you
checked the desired options at Safari->Preferences->AutoFill?

I thought I had, but it will do no harm to check again.

Doesn't it remember values per page? Is it really global?
