How to make such an effect ?

having broadband problem and temporally using very lame
connection via gprs , my mobile phone and laptop, it's slower than dial up,

URAMI, I requested the book.fla sometime ago thought I would check back and also ask you a question.
I see that alot of people have requested this very beautiful effect using flash but, will I be permitted to post my business catalog online with it or is there a fee involved?

I have a similar "page turn" flash example mailed to me from EUROPE and it allows for hyperlinks in the pages themselves. Somewhat similar to that at [url]www.richFX.com[/url]. However they want $100.00 developer license for unlimited catalogs on my server which is fine but yours has a better turning effect that seems to be more realistic.

I would love to receive a copy of the book.fla

Sorry I missed you , problem is you guys use the Macromedia website based forum which gives
automatically the nickname and macromedia mail address to which I can't reply , sometimes I got private mail
and than I don't really know whose who .... I was sending it out to few guys , perhaps missed you on the way .

To answer your question , no Fees .
I'm grateful to many people from macromedia.flash for what I have today , all because of their help.
Going back to flash 2 many years ago , they have been nothing but extremely helpful . I build
nice business on it , now even tho it developed into more services and more complex company , I do use
flash still and believe there is enough money for all of us out there and i'm more than happy to share my work.
If you can get something out of it , It will even mean more , best complement for my work I could get .
It's cool, I don't want money and don't need credits .

with de book but, please, try to answer ONLY when you be free for a while.
I don't want to annoy you but I don't know how I can find a solution to this
troubles :(

2. I'm try to load images dynamically (with
"loadMovie("page1.jpg",page1);",
when "page1" its a MC into a "P" MC). All works ok but when the page end to
flip all seems to reload (the images), as if it's flicker. Do you know what
may the problem? (I'm attach in this mail a .fla file with those changes:

The problem comes form the end off de code. There is a funcion like this:

this.removeClipsAndSetDraggers = function() {
this.po.flipMask.removeMovieClip();
this.po.flipShadow.removeMovieClip();
this.po.flipShadowMask.removeMovieClip();
this.po.covered.removeMovieClip();
this.po.revealMask.removeMovieClip();
this.po.flipShadow.removeMovieClip();
this.po.flip.removeMovieClip();

These removals are the culpable of this flicker. But... how I can make to book works without this flicker? :S

Thanks very much for the fla, got it working great with 34 pages !

Just a couple of questions for anybody really : what do the this.h2 and this.startFi variables control ?

And also, how do I drop the movie down as when I turn the pages, the movie window isn't high enough so they are effectivly cut off.
