How to make text gold

Our business cards show our company name in Times Roman Bold using an
embossed gold leaf fill.

I'd like to duplicate this affect in the banner on our web site. Can anyone
suggest a color setting that looks gold - similar to some of the exotic
styles one sees occasionally on the web?
