how to make the movecursor xtra download?

sorry for this, but i am not sure anymore whats wrong with my code...

i bought the movecursor xtra and try to make my shockwave3D webthing to
download it. therefore i changed the xtrainfo.txt and added:

then i restarted director and maked "download if needed"

in a beginsprite handler of the script that uses the xtra i put:
xtra("MoveCursor").register("my secret serialnumber")

then i uploaded the movie to my webspace, deinstalled the shockwave player and
installed it again to make sure i did not forget anything.

now my movie starts with a error message. the funny thing is, when i go to
another page wich uses the xtra, and downloaded it , there are no errors.

what is wrong? how to make my movie download the xtra?
and where is the xtras folder of the shockwave player?

if i go to my C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Shockwave 10\Xtras i dont find the
xtra, even if i am sure that it is there.

what to do about this.

the problem was quite simple, the xtras where not available under the url that
was shown on the support website.

yes, and i was happy to find them. i was a little bit pissed of, because i did
not find a package on the website where i bougt the xtra.

then i downloaded all of them and put them on my own webspace. than i changed
the xtrainfo.txt and put the path to my own webspace.

i was wondering why i did not find these xtras or informations about using
them on your own webspace on the [url]www.direcor-xtras.com[/url] website. and i found out
that you can change the xtrainfo.txt without closing and opening director
again. you just have to quit the xtras window and open it again after saveing
the changes in the xtrainfo.txt

my error message was produced by a not checking if the xtra was installed or
not. thats my fault. but thanks a lot for your answerer!

at the moment everythint works well :)
