How to number pages

Hi im a newbie in inDesign, i cant find how to number all pages of my document, i hope you can help me whith this simple questions.

PS im using windows xp and indesign CS

F-12 to bring up pages palette
Double click on A-Master
Make a text box, with the position, font, size, etc that you want the page numbers to be.
Alt-Shift-Ctrl-N to add an auto-number
All pages you add to your document based on this master page will be automatically numbered, and will update as you add or delete pages.
