Default How to permanently delete the eBook folder

How can I permanently delete the annoying blank eBook folder that appears in my Documents folder every time I start up Acrobat. I can’t see any obvious preferences in Acrobat itself.
    Any ideas?

You can't. Acrobat will recreate it if you do. Unless, that is, you
find which plug-in is responsible for managing e-books and move it.
