How to place tiff file in Acrobat 6
I have Acrobat documents that I didn't create. I need to add a tiff image to the files. Unable to copy and paste. When I open in Photoshop I get a low res. version. My version of Acrobat is 6.0.2 Professional and I'm on Mac OSX.

Re: How to place tiff file in Acrobat 6
File > Open. Show All Files. Select the TIFF file. There is a preference which controls colors and compression: Preferences > Convert to PDF > TIFF > Edit Settings.

Re: How to place tiff file in Acrobat 6
Is there more to this message? You don't say how to edit the settings. I can save the tiff as a pdf but that still doesn't allow me to copy and paste or import the file into my pdf document.

Re: How to place tiff file in Acrobat 6
Create a new PDF containing the images you want, placed on a blank
page. Select the Object Touch-up Tool. NOW you can copy/paste the
images.
