How to preview ai files

I would like to preview the ai clipart files which are on the InDesign CS installation CD, so that I can select the images I would like to use in InDesign. How can I do the previewing?

There is one on the CD that shows thumbnails of all that free clipart. Good stuff but there was nothing there I could use.

The PDF really makes it 100 times easier than opening one at a time.
