Default How to Publish Dreamweaver site to CD-ROM?

Can I publish a web site I developed in Dreamweaver MX2004 to a CD-ROM? I'm using windows xp home. Would like to burn a cd so the site can be viewed off-line.

Default Re: How to Publish Dreamweaver site to CD-ROM?

Is it a straight-HTML site, or does it use some sort of scripting language
    (ASP, JSP, PHP, etc.)?

If the former is true, then just copy the entire site to CD. If the latter
is true, it won't be possible, or will require an expensive product to make
    it work.

    Best regards,
    Chris

You can do it, but you will have to make some of your pages .hta files so
that they can be autorun. Here is a link that should give you more info,

BTW, you might want to grab a CD-RW to test with, because when I did mine,
it took a few tries to get it right.
