    Default How To Recipes

I am using PE2. When I try to use the How To palette, the drop down menu is
grayed out and I can't see any choices other than "Select a Recipe".

When I look at the PE2 folders in Windows Explorer, the Recipes folder has 5
sub-folders, Cache, Categories, Downloads, Processed and Templates. The
Categories, Downloads and Templates sub-folders are empty. The Processed
folders has 39 files with a .xml extension. The Cache sub-folder has several
sub-folders. The last sub-folder has 124 .gif files.

How do I get the How To palette to show Recipes?

I'm using Windows XP Pro on a Dell Dimension 8250, 512 MB RAM

Thank you in advance for your help.

We had this happen in our computer lab classroom and a simple re=install
    cured the problem.
