Default How to Reduce a PDF file size??

I have a file size 65 MB, the less I can reduce the size is 58 MB using the PDF reduce size option, also I tried using colorsync utility, Quartz filters and PDF shrink and none of those worked for me, the reason why I need to reduce it is because I need to upload the file into a website for free download and it is too heavy, i wonder how i can reduce the size up to 10 MB and dont matter if the file loses quality. Please if you can advice what can be done to reduce it... thanks a lot.

How did you create it to begin with? That's probably where you need to start.

For future optimising - you need to actually SEE what you must reduce
beforehand .. In other words, there's no point looking to reduce the
resolution of the file if 99% of the file size is taken up by fonts.

Select the 'Audit Space Usage' option in the top right corner ....

I've found in Pdf's many time when you go to Optimize a PDF and look at the font list there are often up to a 1/2dozen copies of a given font, say Helvetica, then that many Helvetica Bold, or Arial or Ariel Italic

What I do ie remove from list all but one copy of each different font. often dramatically reduces the size. also something lese is Flattening images will in some cases reduce a file size. I have run into a case where it actually made a PDF Larger.
