    Graham,

    Thanks.

"Comments/Show Comments List" shows them and I can select and delete the color, but on a one-by one basis.

The document I am working with has 600 pages and thousands of words and sentences highlighted in yellow marker color.

I can also double click on a yellow-highlighted text and "Options/Delete" on the prompt window showing then, but again only on a one-by-one basis.

Any way to select and delete all yellow marks at once with a single click or so?

    Thanks again.

    Hi,

Graham O'Connor: absolutely right. Besides, a testing 280 KB original file (no marks) became smaller (224 KB). The marked file was a whopping 2.6 MB.

Jon Bessant: "Advanced/PDF Optimizer/Discard Objects/Discard all Comments and form widgets/OK" also did the trick. And the file became 216 KB.

You guys are awesome. You made my day!
    Many thanks.

    I have another highlight-related-problem:

I have a document in PDF that was highlighted in Word before converting it to PDF. Now I cannot simply select the text in PDF and hit the delete button... What to do?
