DIFFERENT PAGE SIZES IN ISLAND SPREAD:
I am doing a 4-panel island spread and because of how it is to be folded I need page panels 3&4 to be smaller. How do I get different size pages in the same spread?

1- You should really start your own thread
2- You can't get different page sizes, so you need to make one large document equal to the entire spread size, and use guides to define the 4 panels.
