How to start with FMS ?

Hay,

I have recently downloaded the FMS for 30days. My intention was this, we have
already created *.fla/*.swf for our Internet based applications. Now we want a
secure medium to stream the files for the end users. If this FMS is used for
this purpose, please give me a start to how to get my needs works. Any helps
and thoughts in this topic will be realy helpful for me.

I have loaded one sample application in app folder of the fms server. with
main.asc in it only containing the line load("component.asc"). Now I am stuck,
I have been searching a lot time in net to get any help but nothing till now.

please help me in this matter.
