How to submit a developer support case
Sorry that this is a bit off-topic. I have a problem, already discussed on this forum, and the conclusion was that I should submit a developer support case.
You'd think this would be simple...but I can't seem to find any way to submit a developer support case.
I log in to the partners web site with proper credentials (we have silver-level), click through various links to Developer Support, and get directed to the general Adobe support portal. OK, fine. This tells me to select the tab that is most applicable to my problem...well, none of the supplied tabs are really applicable. The closest seems to be technical support, although I know from experience that this is different than developer support. I click there and find no applicable options. None of the other tabs are useful either. I look at every other support and contact-related link I can find, with no luck.
Would someone please be kind enough to tell me how to get through Adobe's maze of a web site to submit a developer support case? Alternatively, there used to be an e-mail address for support, but this does not appear to be documented anywhere - does anyone still know if it works? If it does, I'll gladly use it. (I do remember what it was, I'm just not including it here in case it no longer works or should not be published publicly.)

Re: How to submit a developer support case
we have silver-level
Silver contracts do not cover Developer Support, which is why you're not seeing it as an option. You'll have to pay the $195 per-incident fee, or sign up for a separate Developer Support contract.
You can call the 1-800-642-3623 number to buy a single incident Developer Support contract, I believe.

Re: How to submit a developer support case
According to Adobe's web site (https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/partnerportal/index.cfm?event=aboutPartnerships&loc=en_us&showMy Tab=tab_solutionpartners), silver level solution partners get 7 developer support cases, so that's not the problem here.

I would call Adobe and get clarification.

Re: How to submit a developer support case
silver level solution partners get 7 developer support cases
Solution Partners, yes. You didn't mention that. There is a Silver level standard contract as well, which does not cover developer support.
You'll want to call Adobe customer service and make sure your contract is associated with your Adobe ID or you will not see the correct products in the selection dropdown.
