    You can use sp_who or sp_who2 active to identify the spids to the various
    databases.To remove them, you need to KILL the spids manually or write some
    scripts which queries sysprocesses table.

    In SQL Enterprise Manager, expand the Management node and expand the current
    activity node. Click on Process Info.
    You will see all the processes and the users logged in.

    To disconnect anybody just right-click on the Process and click on Kill
    Process.
