A while ago, I followed these instructions to remove PDFMaker (Acrobat 6) from my PowerBook:

I have since migrated to a dual PowerMac and used OS X's user migration facility. Now the PDFMaker icons are back, but they don't work (after the Save As dialog pops up, the Printer Utility pops up [showing Acrobat successfully] and then I get a "not all components installed" message).

* I removed and reinstalled the Adobe PDF printer driver, following the instructions on the Adobe web site. I had to install it manually.

* I tried Detect and Repair from the Help menu. It claims things were repaired, but it's no different.

Any help appreciated.
