how to use extensions

Once I have downloaded an extension how to I use it, for instance I have list-o-rama. It is installed, but how do I use it now.

Go to Commands/Manage Extensions and locate the extension you installed on
the list for Dreamweaver. When you select the extension, the window at the
bottom will fill in with the information about that extension, including
where to access it. Usually each extension will have help linked to it or
at least a link to the developer's home page that will have instructions and
sometimes tutorials.

I am trying to use the Realsystems extension. The Ext. Mgr reads:

RealSystem Extensions for Dreamweaver Suite

The RealSystem Extensions allow you to easily add streaming RealVideo,
RealAudio, and multimedia to your web site.
Insert RealMedia objects from the RealMedia tab of the Objects Palette or the
Insert > RealMedia submenu.


I cannot locate an objects palette
