Hey

Sorry you couldn't understand what I meant. Might be my fault that I couldn't
delivered myself clearly
Accouding to my instincts Remote means online, on the server, etc. May be it
is wrong but now I've clarified myself, isn't

Sorry once again for the inconvenience

Thanks for you repla

A bit more clear. You can load your stuff both in levels but also in other
empty movie clips ... as you prefer
As for the 'remote' part you gotta use some server side programming language
(asp, php, jsp,...) to send commands to your flash interface. It's you to
establish the syntax/semantics of these commands and how flash have to interpre
them. So for example if you send xml stuff (generated somehow on the server)
like
<loadMovie ref="movie.swf" level="234"/
you can prepare Flash to p this message and perfor
the actio

loadMovie("movie.swf", 234)

-c

Hi
This is shahgillan

Thanx for your help and time. I'm very much obliged

I've use exactly the same stuff, used the loadMovie script to load the
external movie on to a level. It works fine locally (local system) but don't
work remotely (online, on the server)

Let me give you the big picture of what I want and what am I doing !!

I want to load every scene individually istead of loading the whole movie at
once. As because it is a large project, it will take lots of time to load the
whole movie at once. And as I am new to flash, I don't have the expertise to do
it without help. I click a link, first it unload the current movie and then
start loading the clicked link, and ofcourse ! with percentage preloader.

For reference please see: www.koves.ne

I shall be grateful, if you help

Thanx once again for your repl
