How to view messages in Outlook Express

Can I use Outlook Express to view all messages in this newsgroup?
If so.Can anyone know who to proceed

I don't think that's possible. I'd switch to a real news reader. There
are several free ones for MS machines that will be much easier to use.

You need to check with your ISP, if he provides a news server, if yes create
a news account with your id (user/password). When autheticated, you will get
a list of available groups.

I got the news server name from my ISP and I was also required to put
username & password.After that it gave me list some 5000 + newsgroups
and I found this there
