I'm working with Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Pro. I am creating a PDF using my
scanner - a an HP Officejet K80xi.

THe problem I have is that at the beginning of the scan, it feeds the first
page in and stops, treating the first inch or so of the first page as a
separate page. Then, after all the pages have gone through the scanner, it
keeps tryin to scan additional pages into the PDF until I hit the cancel
button on the HP Officejet. It just doesn't seem to recognize that the job
is completed and I'm constantly deleting extra blank and black pages from
the PDF.

Anyone else had this problem? Is their some solution to it?
