HTML Editor for Chinese Characters?? Help!
Is there a free/cheap HTML editor out there that a colleague of mine in China
can use to view Chinese characters while editing an HTML page? I can see the
characters just fine in Dreamweaver, but she doesn?t have Dreamweaver and
notepad just scrambles the characters all up and replaces them with symbols and
English letters. We are trying to update the Chinese language version of my
corporate site.
Any help would be appreciated.
