HTML Help! with navigation and header file

Hi - I recently posted about some help I needed with my navigation/header file
in my volusion template. I have all of the graphic design files in order to
make my website off of photoshop/illustrator but do not have the knowledge to
put them into this template. I'd highly appreciate it if someone could help me
out! I'm going to post up screen shots again and then post html coding in order
for someone to show me where to place each code (*it will be in replies due to
it not being able to fit in one reply/topic).

My question is where do I place this image with out breaking the original
script on the template. If someone can edit it for me it'd help out so much!
