Hyperlink to location within same page?

Default Hyperlink to location within same page?

I can see how to create a hyperlink to other pages within
a publisher web document with Insert Hyperlink (selecting
the 'Place in This document' option and choosing a page).

However I would like to create a hyperlink to a different
section of my longish one page document. Word can do
this-- link to a particular heading. Any tips on doing
    this with Publisher?

Can it be done within the Publisher UI?
Or can it only be done with Insert HTML Code Fragment?
And if the latter, any tips on how to do this?

    Thanks!

Publisher does not support this (yes Word does).
You have to code it yourself (html frag).
    It's covered on my site.
Visit my site, visit the section for your version, look for
hyperlink to a place on a page article.

Nope. The nav bars are an internal wizard that manages links between pages
and as such you are limited to it's functionality.
