Hyperlinks -- Appearance and Actiions
I use InDesign to create a newsletter which is distributed as a pdf. I have been unable to create a hyperlink that changes appearance upon just a mouse over as opposed to a mouse down. Am I being painfully stupid or is there no way to create this effect in InDesign?

Re: Hyperlinks -- Appearance and Actiions
Once you create a button, use the States palette to create two new states. You should then see an Up state, a Rollover state, and a Down state. You can make these states look different by importing content into them. You also put type in each state and assign a different color to it.
According to the Help file, you should be able to give each state a unique fill or stroke by selecting with the Direct Selection arrow. I can't get this to work, however. When I change one state, the other two change with it.

Re: Hyperlinks -- Appearance and Actiions
James,
Hyperlinks don't have rollover states. They only have Mouse down and Mouse Up.
Buttons have rollovers.
