hyphenation in ID CS
Hi,
I don't want that the last word of a line breaks apart and hyphenates.
Question:
Is there a way to keep the hyphenated words together?
(I don't mean [shift+enter])
Thanks in advance.

Re: hyphenation in ID CS
Select the word(s) and apply the No Break attribute either from the Character palette flyout menu (or the Control palette menu if you have IDCS). This could also be turned into a character style and applied.

Re: hyphenation in ID CS
In IDCS you can use nested styles, too:
1. Set up a character style called "No Break" that applies the No Break characteristic only.
2. In any paragraph style where you want to control runts, set up as the last (or only) two nested styles:
No Character Style through 1 End Nested Style Here
No Break through 1 End Nested Style Here
3. Give Type/Special Characters/End Nested Style Here a keyboard shortcut to make it easy to enter (say Alt-\).
Note that if you already have a nested style that might run off the end of a paragraph, then this technique can't be used.
