I have created a logo using Illustrator CS on a Mac (OS 10). I traced it from a Photoshop CS document that I set up as a template. There is text sitting on top of (and touching) an box. I want to have the logo be a solid color in both the text and the box as it makes one continuous object. Where I'm running into trouble is the letters have objects inside themselves that I don't want to be filled (ie "A" & "R"). In addition, I want to "reverse" some white text in the box.
Right now I can see the paths, but they are filled when I fill the rest of the logo. How do I get the little hole in the "A" and "R" to emain unfilled? I assume I can use his same procdeure for reversing the words from being filled like my letters?
