Re: i cant download adobe flash player
I did manage to download the Linux version. It was REALLY slow though, about 500 bytes/s on average. Still couldn't get it for Windows last I checked.

Re: i cant download adobe flash player
I'm having an issue with downloading/installing flash player.
When attempting to download, I get the "Download interrupted. Please check
your internet connection and try again." message.
Some background info:
Recently changed the hard disk in my Dell laptop so I reinstalled Windows XP
home. Everything is new (ran the latest updates for Microsoft), I still did not
upload any files from my back-up system.
I have the latest IE version, and have installed and then uninstalled java
(did not know if this was the cause of the problem). I also have Quicktime.
I have tried uninstalling flash player. The utility is still on my desktop. I
have followed various threads regarding the registry, but am somewhat confused
as to what to do. When viewing the registry, specifically under
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, the are multiple sub-entries, although not any of the ones
listed in some of the forum threads. Frankly, I'm still at a loss as to what to
do at the registry level.
Can you please help with this issue?
